Porky Whites sausages have been ‘80 years in the making’ and it’s fair to say that for nearly 20 of them, Mosaic has had a big part to play. From our initial development of the Porky Whites sausage range, we’ve worked with every aspect of the brand’s growth. New product development, packaging, websites, promotion, social media, photography and film-making have all received the Mosaic touch. In 2017 we also built their award-winning online shop.
Market research highlighted a gap in the sausage market for a healthier, lower fat and gluten free option. We introduced Porky Lights — a food success story that is now something of a food legend.
